Elvru Technologies Inc. uses a straightforward, services-based pricing model. The structure below explains how setup, ongoing infrastructure, and optional add-ons are organized so you know exactly what you are paying for.

How pricing works
Elvru’s pricing is designed around your infrastructure lifecycle: initial setup, ongoing operations, and optional add-on work as your needs evolve.
One-time setup engagement
Covers infrastructure design and implementation. This is a scoped project that includes discovery, architecture, configuration, and initial deployment.
Monthly infrastructure subscription
Recurring fee for infrastructure management and ongoing support. This keeps your environment monitored, updated, and aligned with agreed operational standards.
Optional add-ons
Project-based add-ons (e.g., new automations, integrations, migrations, or custom dashboards) and recurring add-on services (e.g., additional channels) can be added as needed and are scoped separately.
Minimum initial commitment applies. The initial term and scope are defined in your Order Form before any work begins.
What’s included in the monthly subscription
Your monthly infrastructure subscription is focused on stability, observability, and defined light-touch support—rather than ad-hoc project work.
Platform oversight & monitoring
Health checks, incident awareness, and status tracking for your Elvru-managed infrastructure.
Automation monitoring
Oversight of key automations to identify failures, bottlenecks, or unexpected behavior within the agreed scope.
Reporting dashboard maintenance
Upkeep of agreed reporting dashboards so that core KPIs, data sources, and views remain operational.
Defined support window
Up to 3 hours of minor adjustments per month; unused hours do not roll over.
Add-ons
Add-ons allow you to extend the core subscription with well-defined projects or additional recurring capabilities. Each add-on is scoped and priced separately in your Order Form.
One-time add-on projects
Examples include: • Advanced automation design and implementation • Third-party or internal integrations • Custom reporting dashboards • Data or system migrations
Recurring add-on services
Examples include: • WhatsApp messaging services (where applicable) • Additional phone numbers • Additional communication channels, as applicable to your deployment
Refund & cancellation policy
Setup fees are non-refundable. Once infrastructure design and implementation work has started, setup fees cannot be refunded.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial periods. If you change or cancel your subscription mid-period, charges already invoiced for that period are not refunded.
Minimum initial commitment applies. After the initial commitment, subscriptions typically continue month-to-month with the required written notice specified in your Order Form.
